Tzatziki Sauce

Having a few easy staple sauces and dips up your sleeve can go a long way with adding flavour to your dishes. We love how this Tzatziki sauce takes minutes to make and is so light, summery and fresh. It is a classic and complimentary sauce to accent so many menu items. Try pairing this tasty sauce with pork, chicken, lamb, fish or beef. Spread some onto your next burger, sandwich or wrap. What you will need:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 1 cup cucumber; shredded
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

Prep time: 15 minutes  

  1. Add yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill into a medium sized bowl. Mix with a spatula until well combined.
  2. Evenly fold in shredded cucumber and season with salt and a crack of pepper.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge for up to one week.
