What you will need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 an avocado
- 3 medium sized kale leaves, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup natural plain yogurt (very low sugar)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds
- ¼-½ tsp tsp. ground cinnamon
