Below makes 2 cocktails:
What you will need:
- 2 oz. chilled limoncello
- 8 oz. chilled prosecco
- Sparkling water
- Lemon juice plus 2 lemon slices
- Ice
Directions:
- Pour 1 ounce of limoncello and 4 ounces of prosecco in each glass. Top with sparkling water. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice into each glass. Stir.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and an ice cube. Enjoy!
