What you will need:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup low-sodium soya sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. red chilli flakes
- fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
Prep Time: 5 minutes – Marinade Time: 3-24 hours
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined. Place steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over meat and store in the fridge for 3-24 hours for optimal flavour. Flip ziplock bag over approx halfway through marinating time to ensure even distribution.
