Baked Pita Crisps

Perfect for dipping and adds a delightful crunch element! Try adding these crisps to charcuterie boards or serve alongside chilli or stews. Extremely inexpensive, low in calories and ready in 7 minutes! 

What you will need:

  • Lebanese Style Pita Bread – such as Cedar Bakery
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 minutes  – Cook Time: 7 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice each pita bread into 6 quarters and place on a large baking sheet. Brush one side of the pitas with olive oil and season lightly with salt. 
  3. Bake for 7 minutes until slightly golden brown. Let cool briefly before serving or make ahead of time. They will continue to crispen up as they cool down. Pita crisps can be stored at room temperature in a ziplock bag or container for up to a week.
